1. List all the traits, actions and inactions you have shame and guilt around.

2. Go to Column 11 of the Demartini Method and complete this column on every moment listed in question 1 until there is no more shame and guilt.

3. Decide on who you have been ‘influenced’ by the most? And complete a full Demartini Method on this individual, Side A and B, column 1 – 14. Repeat step 3 until everyone is complete.

There is no easy answer for “Influenced.” It is an indication of lots of work and self discovery is ahead of you.

However, imagine embracing and living this philosophy, “the only thing that can take you from where you are now, to where you would love to be, is pulling weeds, planting seeds and tending to your dreams.” when it comes to leadership and financial empowerment.
