She fell backwards in her seat.
She had a vision to get her book to the public,
But she was more committed to her fears, justifications, actions and excuses that stopped her from doing so.
Most people don’t realise that the reason they are where they are is because they have unconscious hidden commitments.
Unconscious, hidden commitments to keep the same results and the same life they currently have.
Everytime they take the same action, in the same way.
Everytime they hang out with the same people, and do the same things.
Everytime they make the same complaints, about the same results. .
Everytime they let the same fear, stop them.
Everytime they let the same justification and excuse be the reason why they aren’t where they want to be.
And never change the way they think, act and behave or the environments they put themselves into.
They are committed to the current level of thinking, feeling, acting and results they have. The same life.
Which brings me to the fundamental truth in all human behaviour.
Every actions or inaction (including our thinking and feeling) we take, we are committed to because consciously or unconsciously we perceive more benefits than drawbacks to this action and the outcome it creates and leads to for us.
No exceptions..
So every partner you have had, that treats you the same as the previous 3 partners expect with a new name and new hair.. You are committed to what these types of people bring to you.
Every time you spend your savings on something that has no ability to help you create more wealth, then beat yourself up over it. You are committed to it.
Every time you fail to ask for the sale after you have done all the hard yards on the sales call.
Every time you repeat the same thinking, feeling, acting and results.
You are committed to it.
No matter how painful it may seem.
SO HOW DO YOU DISCOVER WHAT YOU ARE COMMITTED TO AND DON’T WANT TO BE…

STEP 1..
Look at this picture…
Anything that you have repeated in the past, if you haven’t broken through the pattern you will recreate.
Past repeat = future recreate.
Look in the past for patterns that repeat. Mentally, Physically, Socially, Relationships, Financially, Business, Family.
Write down what has been repeated. These things you are unconsciously committed to thinking, feeling, acting and the results.
Eg.
Not sharing your needs with your partner.
Only being able to save to a certain financial figure before spending/attracting unwanted bills.
Attracting the same challenges in new relationships.
Feeling Rejected.
Losing jobs.
STEP 2.
Write down the benefits to you, of what each repeating pattern is. The benefits that bring tears to your eyes will reveal the unconscious benefits that you are committed to gaining. These are the drivers.
STEP 3.
Find new viable ways, to receive those same benefits. Start doing them.
STEP 4.
Hire a coach to help you.
