Hey Coach,
As the summer sun graces us with its radiant warmth, this is a reminder, you are a star (if you’re in the winter months – just imagine the warmth).
The elements that make up our bodies, such as carbon, oxygen, and nitrogen, were around long before you were born and live long after you transition from this form.
A star goes through it’s life cycles, from birth to death, just as humans do. Even businesses.
Each phase brings its own challenges, growth, and transformations.
It’s been a big year for us, Justin joining the company, rediscovering what we both feel inspired by – and that’s working with coaches. And as we come to the end of this year we both feel a palpable enthusiasm for our service and it fills our hearts.
How has your year been?
2023 is drawing to a close, and perhaps, like Justin and me, you find yourself in a contemplative mood (cue thinking music please).
We believe that the coming year will be living up to our name – Maximum Growth.
Not just for us individually, but for our company and the entire community we are honored to share this journey with (that’s you).
We are about to navigate through a new phases in 2024, of birth, growth, challenges, and ultimately, transformation.

We want to be the source of light in your life, and offer guidance, support (with sprinkly and a slap of challenge), and inspiration during your journey as a coach.
We aspire to be more than just a company; but an inspired community. We are here for you, as a source of guidance, support, and inspiration as you navigate and get your service out to the world.
Yes, there will be uncharted waters in the upcoming year. We see it for ourselves too (we are shaking in our boots with our goals – but if it doesn’t scare you a little, maybe your goal is too small?).
But picture this, we are all working on getting our service to the world together. And as a community we offer a sprinkle of encouragement, blended with the slap of challenge – a perfect recipe for growth.
