Zac is an online fitness coach and owner of Efficient Fitness Coaching. He works with CEOs and business owners who are wanting to not only just lose weight, but also create sustainable long term healthy habits that keeps them fit and healthy, feeling younger and able to perform for their business and personal lives. He joined Maximum Growth with the goal to learn more about the Demartini method to help him, his business and clients go through any blocks that may be sabotaging their own physical, emotional or financial progress.
