Last year, I hit a wall.
After hours and hours of coaching sessions each week on Zoom, sitting in one place, barely blinking, eyes burning, body stiff and sore, I knew something had to change.
Coaching has always moved something deep inside me.
It’s been like a river of energy flowing through me.
But slowly, it began to take a toll on my body, my mind, and my love for the work.
The flow of energy had stopped.
So in October, I made a bold but simple shift:
I moved all my coaching sessions to walking phone calls.
Now, I walk and talk.
No video. No sitting.
Just deep, focused connection while I move.
And it’s been a game-changer for my business.
My body feels alive.
My ideas are sharper.
The conversations are deeper, more spacious.
Most importantly, I feel aligned again.
With coaching. And with myself.
Because movement brings momentum.
It’s wild how a walk outside can energise not just your body, but your mind, your creativity, and your connection.
Sometimes the best decisions aren’t flashy.
They’re about honouring what matters.
If you’re a coach, therapist, or anyone who holds space for others:
Don’t build your life around your business.
Build your business around your life.
It’s not just about how we work.
It’s about how we live.
