Misalignment in Business…
I was in a session with a client of mine.
She was stuck with growing her fairly new business.
Her income was oscillating between the 2k and 3k per month.
She had been listening to and getting training from different coaches and experts on how to generate leads and clients.
But she consistently felt frustrated at the strategies and the tactics that they were sharing with her to use.
But more so the fact that they were all selling the belief that this is the ONLY way to build you impact based business. If you are in an a coaching or impact based business you know exactly what I am talking about, right?
Do 471 pieces of content across 7 platforms
Pick 1 platform and master it.
Do cold DMs.
Go into other peoples groups and start conversations.
Blah fucking Blah..
Now I know that all these work, that isn’t the issue here.
But do all these work for all people..
Who do they work for?
Those who’s values have alignment with these strategies and tactics.
Business is a game of personal alignment.
The more in alignment you are,
The more in flow and fulfilling your business with its up and downs and challenges is.
The less in alignment you are,
The more frustrated, resentful and exhausted you become. The more you wish things were easier and look for quick fixes to get you to the “guru” promise land…
Basically, you live in a false reality about who you aren’t and what you don’t have.
Instead of who you are, and what you do have that is unique to you.
So what did we do?
We uncovered her personally aligned marketing and sales success strategy through a series of questions, then cleared any resistance and limited thinking and emotions about it.
And what I love about this process is its ALWAYS related to the person’s values, in how they generate sales and business.
Her success strategy is having coffee with people she meets at Networking events, who she feels she could be great friends with.
That’s it in a nutshell…
Then within the next 6 weeks she grew her business from 2k per month to 25k per month (1250%) with Recuring Revenue from doing exactly that.
Then capped out her capacity, as well as her waiting list.
She is now scaling and her husband is coming on board to run operations.
