Back in 2011 in the early stages of building my coaching business.
I remember feeling stuck.
So I invested in and booked a coaching session.
For 90 minutes I sat there.
It went over the allocated time, I was checking my watch wondering if it would ever end.
As I was told story.
After story.
After story.
After story.
There were no questions asked.
“What was the benefit”
“What was the drawback”
And I remember leaving wondering “What just happened”
“What did I just pay for?”
Then six weeks later…
Standing in the shower.
It all clicked and came together.
And I experienced one of the most profound shifts in that moment.
(It still gives me goosebumps today thinking about it)
When it comes to coaching.
When it comes to doing the work.
Whether it’s for yourself.
Or working with clients.
Trust that it will land at the perfect moment, at the perfect time.
When we’re ready to shift, to receive, to level up.
