What does the word exposure actually look like in your world?
As a coach, it is natural to want more visibility and a broader reach.
More people seeing your work.
More people finding you.
More people starting a conversation.
Exposure can look different to what we expect.
It can be a client who repeats a sentence you said months ago.
It can be someone who reads your posts quietly, then mentions you to a friend.
It can be a referral from a person you have not spoken to in ages.
It can be a message that says, “I used what you shared.”
It can be a small decision someone makes because your work has been in their world for a while.
When you are focused on what is next, your attention can move away from what is already happening.
That is not a problem.
It is a perspective shift.
So instead of asking “How do I get more exposure?”, try asking.
Where am I already making an impression?
Who is already thinking differently because of something I have shared?
Where is my work being passed on or spoken about?
What results have I started to treat as normal?
Evolution is not about escaping your current circumstances.
It is about valuing where you are while you keep expanding.
Value yourself in this moment just as much as you would in the next.
If you want a simple practice this week, start a note called “Evidence”.
Add the signs that your work is being received.
A reply.
A referral.
A question in your inbox.
A client realisation.
A conversation that came from your content.
Nothing is missing.
You are already creating impact.
With love and light,
