Tick. Another Power Walkshop is complete.
This event is a new paradigm of living. It’s likened to the Saturday Evening of the Breakthrough Experience.
Now, if you haven’t been, it is like a love fest, the experiences you’ve had, all have meaning. There is a deeply rich connection to the pains, the pleasures, the highs and lows in life. Plus being able to receive messages from strangers that are perfect and what you need to hear brings healing to your mind and body, leaving tears in your eyes.
The Power Walkshop is like this, every day, for 5 days.
When I sat down to write the Power Walkshop, I knew that it would be powerful, but I didn’t know the extent until we started walking.
And now, the second time around, WOW!
What I know it is a deeply spiritual experience, making connections and seeing the perfection of the divine wisdom within you and around you.
And that no matter the experience you have, it is perfectly meaningful to everyone around.
Let me share someone’s journey.
One of the participants had retreated inwards from the beginning. She walked on her own, and if she walked with others, she wouldn’t talk a lot.
Everyone has a chance to walk with everyone over the 5 days. Some people tried to crack her open, some just walked with her.
After a couple of days, while I was walking with her, I asked her a question, in which her response was “I have appreciated when people stopped talking about what’s in their head, and it is where I get to finally meet them, who they are, in the silence.”
What was beautiful, this individual’s purpose is about energy, and their gift is about being able to read energy and heal animals through energy. So they don’t need words, they needed silence.
But people feel uncomfortable or avoid silent moments. We desperately want to fill it with something or fix them.
In speaking to other participants, they also said, in the silence, they learned so much more about themselves than if they had been talking.
It shows, no matter the experience, there is a purpose.
And silence is sometimes what we need for healing.
Silence provides a space for self-reflection and introspection. It allows you to disconnect from the constant noise and busyness of life, enabling deeper self-awareness and introspective thinking.
Through silence, you can create clarity, explore your thoughts and experiences, and make more conscious decisions.
When you embrace silence, your senses become more attuned to the subtle nuances of the world around you. You become more present and mindful, noticing the beauty in your surroundings, the subtleties of nature, and the richness of your sensory experiences.
Silence enhances our ability to appreciate the present moment fully. And therefore receive information.
It’s impossible for a busy mind to receive when it is already full.
What is most important is, silence has long been associated with spirituality and the exploration of one’s inner spiritual essence.
It allows you to connect with your intuition, inner wisdom, and a sense of something greater than yourself.
In moments of silence, you can tap into our spiritual nature, cultivate a sense of transcendence, and experience profound moments of insight and inspiration.
And that is why we start with the first two lessons in the Power Walkshop in silence.
By cultivating silence, there is space for deeper self-reflection, self-exploration, and exploring your purpose. This introspection leads to profound insights, personal growth, and a greater sense of purpose.
